Exhibitors Show Space

Exhibitors may choose from two stand sizes (subject to availability):

• 6ft space - £800 +VAT

(either space only or covered tables provided by the venue)

Which includes:

Prior to the event - all administration duties including promotion of event to relevant journalists, printing and sending out of invitations via our media database, liaising with exhibitors and the venue

On the day of the event - hosting, reception facilities, mini quick reference directory of contact information, light refreshments for press visitors, a promotional goody bag to hold gifts from each exhibitor (exhibitors will be asked to provide full size sample product)

After the event - full contact list of all press visitors will be sent to participants

Additional costs:

Our policy is for every guest to be able to trial product, so exhibitors need to be able to provide 150-175 of either a full size product and/or a gift for the Goodie Bag.

Any promotional work for specific companies - writing and printing of press releases and promotional material, assistance with styling etc - will be negotiated separately.

There will also be an additional nominal charge per company representative to provide tea/coffee/water throughout the day and a light lunch.
